2. 영어문장 소리 내서 3번 읽기

뜻을 모르더라도 읽을 수 있다면 일단 3번 읽어보세요. 절대 중간에 끊지 말고 처음부터 끝까지 읽어보세요.

 

Mark 4:14-20

14 The sower sows the word. 15 And these are the ones along the path, where the word is sown: when they hear, Satan immediately comes and takes away the word that is sown in them. 16 And these are the ones sown on rocky ground: the ones who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with joy. 17 And they have no root in themselves, but endure for a while; then, when tribulation or persecution arises on account of the word, immediately they fall away. 18 And others are the ones sown among thorns. They are those who hear the word, 19 but the cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word, and it proves unfruitful. 20 But those that were sown on the good soil are the ones who hear the word and accept it and bear fruit, thirtyfold and sixtyfold and a hundredfold. 

 

3. 어휘 암기하기

어휘를 암기하는 것은 어휘를 저축하는 것과 같습니다. 암기한 어휘를 문장에 적용시키면 오래도록 기억할 수 있습니다. 이렇게 저축한 어휘는 어느 순간 폭발적으로 효과를 나타냅니다.

4. 직독직해 

영어문장 끊어 읽기를 연습합니다. 영어문장과 끊어서 해석한 우리말을 읽으면서 직독직해를 연습하세요.

① The sower sows the word.

• The sower sows the word 씨 뿌리는 사람이 말씀을 뿌린다

→ 뿌리는 자는 말씀을 뿌리는 것이라

 

 

② And these are the ones along the path, where the word is sown: when they hear, Satan immediately comes and takes away the word that is sown in them. 

• And these are the ones along tha path 이것들은 길을 따라 있는 것들이다
• where the word is sown 그 길에 말씀이 뿌려진다 
• when they hear 그들이 들을 때
• Satan immediately comes 사탄이 즉시 와서
• and takes away the word 그 말씀을 빼앗아 간다
• that is sown in them 그들 안에 뿌려진 (말씀을)

→ 말씀이 길 가에 뿌려졌다는 것은 이들을 가리킴이니 곧 말씀을 들었을 때에 사탄이 즉시 와서 그들에게 뿌려진 말씀을 빼앗는 것이요

 

③ And these are the ones sown on rocky ground: the ones who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with joy.

• And these are the ones sown on rocky ground 이것들은 돌이 많은 땅에 뿌려진 것들이다
• the ones who, 그 사람들이다
• when they hear the word 그들이 말씀을 들을 때
• immediately receive it with joy 즉시 기쁨으로 말씀을 받아들이는

→ 또 이와 같이 돌바에 뿌려졌다는 것은 이들을 가리킴이니 곧 말씀을 들을 때에 즉시 기쁨으로 받으나

 

④ And they have no root in themselves, but endure for a while; then, when tribulation or persecution arises on account of the word, immediately they fall away. 

• And they have no root in themselves 그들은 그들 속에 뿌리가 없어서
• but endure for a while 잠시 견디다가
• then, when tribulation or persecution arises 환난이나 박해가 일어날 때
• on account of the word 말씀 때문에
• immediately they fall away 그들은 즉시 넘어진다

→ 그 속에 뿌리가 없어 잠깐 견디다가 말씀으로 인하여 환난이나 박해가 일어나는 때에는 곧 넘어지는 자요

 

⑤ And others are the ones sown among thorns. They are those who hear the word, 

• And others are the ones sown among thorns 그리고 다른 사람들은 가시 사이에 떨어진 사람들이다
• They are those who hear the word 그들은 말씀은 들은 사람들이다

→ 또 어떤 이는 가시떨기에 뿌려진 자니 이들은 말씀을 듣기는 하되

 

⑥ but the cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word, and it proves unfruitful. 

• but the cares of the world 그러나 세상의 염려와
• and the deceitfulness of the riches 재물을 부당하게 모으는 것과 
• and the desires for other things 다른 것들에 대한 욕망이
• enter in 들어와서
• choke the word 말씀을 막는다
• and it proves unfruitful 그것은 열매 없음을 증명한다

→ 세상의 염려와 재물의 유혹과기타 욕심이 들어와 말씀을 막아 결실하지 못하게 되는 자요

 

⑦ But those that were sown on the good soil are the ones who hear the word and accept it and bear fruit, thirtyfold and sixtyfold and a hundredfold. 

• But those that were sown on the good soil 그러나 좋은 땅에 뿌려진 사람들은
• are the ones who hear the word 그 말씀을 듣고
• and accept it 그것을 받아들이고
• and bear fruit 열매를 맺는 사람들이다
• thirtyfold and sixtyfold and a hundredfold 삼십 배, 육십 배, 백 배로 

→ 좋은 땅에 뿌려졌다는 것은 곧 말씀을 듣고 받아 삼십 배나 육십 배나 백 배의 결실을 하는 자니라

 

5. 전체 문장 끊어 읽기

앞에 끊어서 읽으면서 해석한 것을 기억하며 읽어보세요. 영어문장을 읽을 때 끊어진 부분에서 아주 잠깐 쉰다고 생각하면서 읽으면 끊어진 단위대로 해석할 수 있게 됩니다.

6. 전체 문장 다시 읽기

끊어 읽기를 하나하나 생각하는 것이 아니라 전체 내용을 머릿속에 그림을 그리며 읽어보세요. 3-5번 멈추지 않고 읽어볼 것을 권합니다.

7. 자신의 음성으로 녹음하기

영어문장을 읽는 것이 익숙해졌다면 자신의 목소리로 녹음을 한 다음 들으면서 어색한 부분을 점검해 보세요. 이 과정을 통해서 좀 더 자신 있게 영어로 말하는 연습을 할 수 있습니다. 앞에 원어민이 읽어주는 파일과 비교하면서 연습해 보세요.

 

8. 전체문장 반복해서 읽기

자신의 목소리로 녹음해서 원어민 발음과 비교해서 교정을 했다면 이제 마지막으로 무한반복 읽기에 도전하기 바랍니다. 암기한 어휘나 끊어 읽기를 적용하는 것이 아니라 영어문장 자체를 계속 읽으면서 입에서 자연스럽게 나올 수 있게 반복해 보세요.
